Generalist EMIRATES GLOBAL ALUMINIUM (EGA)

To administer and handle the Export Orders in order to fulfil the Company’s obligations to its customers as per the terms and conditions agreed, in line with approved policies, procedures and quality standards

2.              KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Day-to-Day Operation

• Operates  and oversees the maintenance of all equipment within the section to ensure continuity of operations in line with production plans

• Tallies and scans Sales Order before dispatch and advises line manager if there are major concerns with shipments

• Monitors dispatch of Goods and advises the line manger if there are major concerns with regards to shipments

• Liaises between Production Scheduling, CFS, and Shipping/Transporter company to ensure shipments meet the agreed schedule

Safety, Quality, & Environment

• Ensures compliance to all relevant safety, quality, and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across the section in order to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance and a responsible environmental attitude
