Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Design and implement Generative AI applications across customer service, onboarding, and compliance.

  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate LLMs into existing platforms.
  • Build scalable and secure architectures for AI solutions, ensuring data privacy and regulatory alignment.
  • Drive innovation by staying ahead of developments in GenAI and adapting them for business impact.

Desired Candidate Profile

Masters or PhD in Computer Science, AI, NLP, or related field.

  • 5+ years of AI/ML experience, with at least 2 years focused on Generative AI or LLMs.
  • Proven track record of deploying GenAI applications in production environments.
  • Strong Python programming skills and experience with frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Background in financial services or regulated industries preferred.
