Qualifications
Technical Diploma or related vocational course
Strong background in servicing diesel engines and power generators
Certified in Electrical and/or Mechanical disciplines
Proven field service experience
In-depth knowledge of High and Low Voltage power generation systems
With CUMMINS product experience
Responsibilities
Diagnosing, Repairing, and Maintaining power generation equipment at customer sites.
Conduct preventive maintenance and complex field repairs using specialized tools and procedures.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Document all service activities, including timesheets and warranty claims.
