Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Chef/Chef de Cuisine in the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Lead and supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Ensure the preparation and presentation of dishes meet the highest standards of quality and authenticity.
