• Managing the Giftware Division such as Linen, Crockery, Lalique, Coffee Shop, and such other Sub Divisions under the ‘Home ware” group

• Responsible for Sales from the Wholesale and retail operations & increasing Sales from Showrooms.

• Increasing footfall and product awareness campaigns to staff and customers.

• Managing the Staff, guiding and training them in Sales and Inventory control, pricing issues, and customer services.

• Motivating the staff to improve performance and suggesting Appropriate incentive schemes that would lead to improved sales and performance.

• Managing and Control over Inventory, evaluating the age analysis of Inventory and presenting methods and means of liquidating excessive inventories, to the management.

• Introducing New lines of Products and evaluating new agencies, based on developments in international markets.

• Conducting promotional activities to clear excessive inventories.

• Systematic and appropriate Display of Goods, in the retail showrooms and retail outlets.

• To undertake discussions and deliberations with the Management in devising new schemes and marketing promotions, discount structures, product planning, brand management, Budgeting and Review of Sales and Profitability of the Division.

• Any other jobs that may be assigned by Management.
