Key Responsibilities:

• Advisor Development:
  Deliver structured training, mentorship, and ongoing support for Advisors, guiding them toward professional growth and independent advisory roles.
• Collaboration with Leadership:
  Work alongside other managers and the leadership team to align strategies, ensure consistency across advice units, and drive continuous improvement.
• Onboarding and Integration:
  Support the smooth onboarding of new Advisors, helping them adapt quickly to Hoxton Wealths processes, culture, and expectations.
• Performance Management:
  Monitor the progress and performance of Advisors, providing regular feedback, setting clear goals, and addressing development areas to ensure they meet and exceed expectations.
• Process and Workflow Optimization:
  Collaborate with managers to refine workflows and develop scalable processes that enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the advice units.
• Team Building and Engagement:
  Foster a collaborative and supportive team culture that encourages continuous learning, accountability, and high standards of professionalism.
• Client Service Excellence:
  Ensure Advisors are equipped to deliver consistent, high-quality advice and service to clients, upholding Hoxton Wealths reputation for excellence.br>

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in developing and mentoring junior professionals, ideally within financial services or a similar industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire, guide, and collaborate effectively with advisors and managers.
• Familiarity with structured training programs and development pathways.
• Knowledge of financial planning processes, standards, and regulations in key jurisdictions.
