Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and trade global inter-exchange commodity arbitrage opportunities
  • Execute strategies across SHFE, DCE, ZCE, CME, LME, SGX, ICE US, Euronext Paris and other exchanges
  • Analyse spreads, basis, FX exposure, and clearing costs
  • Execute trades using TT (Trading Technologies)/CQG/Stellar/Bloomberg Terminal
  • Manage multi-time-zone positions and margin requirements
  • Maintain trade documentation and P&L attribution
  • Build and maintain spread models using strong Excel skills
  • Use Python (preferred) for data analysis, back-testing, or automation
  • Apply strict risk management and execution discipline

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum two years of experience in global commodity arbitrage / relative-value trading
  • Strong understanding of multi-exchange futures markets
  • Knowledge of contract specifications and delivery structures
  • Understanding of FX and cross-currency impacts
  • Advanced Excel proficiency mandatory
  • Python coding preferred
  • Experience across metals, energy, or agricultural commodities preferred
  • Comfortable operating independently in a remote setup
