Global Mobility Operations Specialist

TikTok / Bytedance is looking for a Global Mobility Operations Specialist to join the EMEA Destination Services team. You ll help deliver seamless relocation and assignment support for employees moving across borders keeping things organised behind the scenes and ensuring a smooth employee experience.

This is a fast-paced and hands-on role, ideal for someone with a background in HR operations, global mobility, or high-volume employee services in an international setting.

What you ll be doing

• Managing and tracking relocation cases, ensuring everything stays on schedule
• Acting as the first point of contact for employees and vendors, escalating complex issues when needed
• Monitoring vendor service quality and maintaining proper records
• Drafting and updating Destination Service Guides for EMEA locations
• Working closely with HR, Payroll, and internal teams to keep information accurate and processes running smoothly
• Supporting your team lead with daily work and ad hoc projects

What we re looking for

• 1 3 years in HR coordination, operations, or global mobility, ideally in a multinational or tech environment
• Fluent English and Mandarin (both written and spoken)
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, etc.) and attention to detail
• Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• A proactive mindset, able to manage competing priorities
• Familiarity with global mobility processes is a plus.
