Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max

  • Develop and implement performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals (leads, conversions, awareness)

  • Define campaign objectives and recommend funnel-based strategies

  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis

  • Manage budgets and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and lead quality

  • Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize based on data insights

  • Create, test, and improve ad copies, creatives, and targeting through A/B testing

  • Set up and manage conversion tracking, Google Analytics, and tagging (Google Tag Manager)

  • Collaborate with design and content teams to improve ad creatives and messaging

  • Review landing pages and suggest improvements for conversion rate optimization

  • Coordinate with SEO, developers, and CRM teams for campaign alignment and integration

  • Ensure proper lead tracking and CRM workflow setup for lead nurturing

  • Prepare performance reports with insights and optimization recommendations

  • Stay updated with Google Ads trends, tools, and algorithm changes

  • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2–4 years of experience in Google Ads / PPC / Performance Marketing

  • Strong hands-on experience in Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns

  • Proven experience in lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns

  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking

  • Experience in A/B testing and performance optimization

  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels and customer journey

  • Ability to analyze data and improve ROI through insights

  • Experience working with CRM systems and lead tracking workflows is preferred

  • Strong coordination skills with creative, SEO, and technical teams

  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment

  • UAE market experience is an advantage

  • Google Ads / Digital Marketing certifications are a plus
