Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Continuously monitor RTA s technical systems and develop performance indicators to measure compliance and efficiency.
Identify and report cases of non-compliance, escalating serious risks as per procedures.
Periodically update governance performance indicators in line with international standards and best practices.
Oversee and track recovery testing plans for technical systems across departments, escalating issues where necessary.
Provide support in safety, risk management, and business continuity planning.
Audit departmental compliance with governance requirements and submit detailed reports to senior management.
Develop corrective action plans to address risks and ensure consistent implementation of governance frameworks.
Raise awareness of governance practices across the organization through training and communication initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree or Higher Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent field.
At least 8 years of experience in IT governance, compliance, or technical risk management.
Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks and business continuity planning.
Proven experience in monitoring, auditing, and reporting on compliance performance.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
