Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Early Development & Learning

  • Plan and carry out age-appropriate developmental activities (motor skills, sensory play,

early communication)

  • Encourage language development through reading, song, and intentional verbal

engagement

  • Support emotional, physical, and cognitive milestone development

  • Introduce books, music, flashcards, and interactive play to promote healthy brain

growth

Development & Etiquette Training

  • Teach and reinforce high standards of etiquette, manners, and social protocol aligned

with Gulf and international expectations.

  • Encourage emotional intelligence, independence, and personal responsibility.

  • Plan and supervise cultural outings, museum visits, and enrichment activities aligned

with the family's values.

Hygiene & Safety

  • Maintain exceptionally high personal hygiene standards, especially before handling

the baby, food, or the baby’s belongings

  • Ensure the baby’s environment—including play areas, nursery, pram, high chair, toys,

and learning tools are sanitized and organized daily

  • Maintain hygiene protocols for baby’s items such as bottles, utensils, teethers, and

feeding accessories

  • Promote and practice hand hygiene frequently throughout the day

  • Ensure a germ-conscious routine when returning from outdoor activities or during

illness

Routine & Care Support

  • Support feeding and sleeping routines in alignment with the family’s preferences

  • Monitor signs of developmental changes (teething, crawling, behavioural shifts) and

support transitions smoothly

  • Maintain a structured and calm environment conducive to learning and comfort

  • Create and maintain structured daily routines for learning, meals, rest, and recreation.

  • Oversee wardrobe planning and grooming for the children, ensuring neat appearance

suitable for formal and informal settings.

  • Work collaboratively with household staff including nannies, tutors, security, and chefs

to ensure a seamless day-to-day environment.

  • Travel with the family (domestically and internationally) and ensure educational

consistency while abroad.

Family Communication & Coordination

  • Provide clear and professional updates to parents regarding milestones, routines, and

behaviour

  • Work collaboratively with household staff, maintaining alignment in schedules,

hygiene, and care routines

  • Be flexible and prepared to travel with the family if needed, ensuring a consistent

standard of care across settings.

  • Uphold the highest level of discretion and confidentiality at all times

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate should have prior experience working with VVIP family.

Should posses excellent English communication skills.

Candidate should be flexible to travel

Must be flexible for 12 hours shift
