A respectful Emirati family based in Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly qualified and professional Primary School Governess to oversee the academic, moral, and developmental growth of their three children (ages 8, 5, and 1). The family places strong emphasis on structured education, character development, discipline, and positive values within a nurturing and respectful home environment.

The Governess will serve as an educator, mentor, and role model, ensuring consistent intellectual progress, emotional development, and strong moral foundations. Below are the responsibilities:

Academic Support& Curriculum Enrichment:

• Provide structured academic support aligned with primary school curriculum standards

• Assist with homework, school assignments, and project preparation

• Strengthen English language proficiency (spoken, reading, and written skills)

• Introduce supplementary learning materials beyond the school curriculum
  
  Character & Moral Development:

• Instill discipline, respect, responsibility, empathy, and integrity

• Reinforce values such as honesty, gratitude, kindness, and accountability
  

  Structured Routine & Supervision:

• Maintain organized daily schedules balancing academics, recreation, and rest

• Encourage constructive screen-time habits and purposeful activities

  
  

  Infant Care (One-Year-Old):

• Responsible for looking after the one-year-old child, including changing diapers, feeding, bathing, and preparing the child for sleep.

• Ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for the infant’s overall development.
  

  Parent Communication & Coordination:

• Collaborate closely with parents to align on educational goals and values

• Maintain respectful and professional communication at all times
