Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all government transactions related to visas, Iqama, work permits, medical checks, and renewals for associates.
- Liaise with Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD), General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI), Ministry of Interior, and other government authorities to ensure full compliance with regulations.
- Support new joiners in completing onboarding formalities, including medical examinations, biometrics, and residency permits.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of all government documentation for associates, ensuring timely renewals and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the Talent & Culture team to provide smooth onboarding and offboarding experiences.
- Act as the primary point of contact for inspections, audits, and government visits, representing the hotel with professionalism and accuracy.
- Monitor and implement updates to Saudi labor laws and immigration regulations, advising management on required changes to policies and procedures.
- Facilitate the issuance of official letters and certifications, such as employment verification, bank letters, and driving license requests.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, community leaders, and Red Sea Global counterparts to support business operations.
- Ensure confidentiality, compliance, and ethical handling of all associate-related documentation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 5 years experience as a Government Relations Officer in Saudi Arabia, ideally within the hospitality or luxury service sector.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law, GOSI, visa procedures, and government portals (Mudad, Qiwa, Absher, Muqeem, etc.).
- Proficiency in English and Arabic (spoken and written) is essential.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently with government officials.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Previous pre-opening or large-scale hospitality project experience is a plus.
