Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage design project files and records, maintain version control and proper naming conventions.
  • Facilitate team communication and schedule meetings, distribute project-related information to stakeholders.
  • Assist in creating project timelines and monitoring progress, help allocate resources for design projects.
  • Arrange travel and coordinate with suppliers, handle administrative tasks and financial documentation.
  • Maintain a positive client relationship and assist in proposals.
  • Review design deliverables for accuracy and consistency.
  • Familiarize with design software and provide basic technical support.
  • Assist in organizing design-related events and workshops.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and innovative design concepts.
