Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough property market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, enabling informed client advice.
  • Assist in the valuation of properties, utilizing various methodologies and data sources, to provide accurate and reliable assessments.
  • Support senior consultants in the preparation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and online listings, to effectively promote properties.
  • Manage and maintain client relationships, providing regular updates, addressing inquiries, and fostering trust through exceptional service.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field, providing a solid academic foundation.

  • Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport and effectively conveying information to clients.

  • Exhibits strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, enabling the assessment of complex property-related issues.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), facilitating effective data analysis, report generation, and presentation creation.

This role is a commission-only basis.
