Your key duties

As a Graduate Structural Engineer, you ll be immersed in this environment from day one, developing designs that not only stand the test of time but also contribute to a more sustainable and resilient built environment. You ll be part of a team that pushes boundaries, challenges conventions, and leaves a lasting legacy.

  • Support the delivery of detailed structural engineering design and analysis .
  • Develop sustainable and resilient solutions across a wide range of building typologies.
  • Assist in the production of BIM models and design documentation.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate structural solutions within broader design strategies .
  • Work on innovative low-carbon and regenerative design projects.
  • Engage in the design process from concept to construction, including site coordination.
  • Explore and apply advanced digital tools and parametric workflows in your daily work.
  • Take part in global knowledge- sharing initiatives and mentorship schemes.
  • Work under the guidance of experienced engineers and contribute to technical excellence.
  • Develop your path toward professional accreditation with the support of our learning and development programmes .


Your Skills And Experience

  • Solid foundation in structural engineering principles and a passion for pushing design boundaries.
  • Eagerness to contribute to sustainable and regenerative design.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with a proactive attitude.
  • Familiarity with structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS, SAFE, Robot, TEDDS, or similar).
  • Interest in computational design and digital tools (e.g., Rhino, Grasshopper, Dynamo).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical report writing.
  • Bachelor s and/or Master s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
  • Professional proficiency in English and Arabic.
