Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
• Design social media creatives, campaigns, ads, Presentations, banners, and print collaterals • Create basic to mid-level motion graphics (reels, animated posts, explainers) • Collaborate with designers & video team to execute campaign ideas • Maintain visual consistency across all brand assets • Guide and mentor junior designers • Manage multiple projects with tight timelines • Coordinate with video editors for smooth design-to-video handover • Edit reels, long-form videos, ads, interviews, and Podcast • Apply advanced cuts, transitions, sound design, and color correction • Create platform-optimized videos (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, ads) • Work with designers for motion elements & overlays • Maintain storytelling flow and pacing as per brand tone • Manage video timelines and ensure on-time delivery • Mentor junior editors (if any) and set editing standards • AI tools (will be an added benefit) • EXP : 4-7 yrs • Software: Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel draw, Primer pro, After effects
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven work experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer or similar role
Hands-on experience with image and Video editing software, like Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, Adobe Premiere & after Effects.
Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colours, fonts and layouts
Degree in Design, Visual Arts or relevant field
Software: Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel draw, Primer pro, After effects
Arabic speaking is an added advantage
