About the Role

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team at Next Capital. This role requires an innovative designer with a strong portfolio and a passion for visual storytelling. The ideal candidate will excel in creating compelling graphics that communicate our clients messages effectively across various platforms. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in bringing our marketing campaigns to life and contributing to our clients success.

Responsibilities

• Design Creation: Develop visually appealing and effective graphics for a variety of mediums, including digital ads, social media posts, website elements, email campaigns, and print materials.
• Concept Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and design creative solutions that align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all design work adheres to established brand guidelines and maintains consistency across all visual materials.
• Content Collaboration: Work closely with content creators, copywriters, and marketing professionals to produce cohesive and engaging visual content.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and work is delivered to a high standard.
• Feedback Integration: Incorporate feedback from clients and team members into design revisions, maintaining flexibility and openness to constructive criticism.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas and innovation to design projects.
• Quality Assurance: Review and proof designs for accuracy, quality, and alignment with project specifications before finalizing and delivering.

About You

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented individual with a strong visual sense and the ability to translate ideas into compelling designs. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

You ll have:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
• Skills: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and familiarity with web design tools and platforms like Canva & Figma.
• Knowledge: Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or any other field. Relevant certifications or courses in design are a plus.
• Mindset: A proactive, innovative approach with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually striking and effective designs.
