Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and develop marketing and promotional materials (online and print) in line with brand standards, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital content.

  • Create and edit digital graphics and videos for social media and online campaigns.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to understand requirements and deliver creative, impactful designs.

  • Assist in planning and executing events with focus on promotional materials and brand visibility.

  • Manage multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality output.

  • Coordinate with external agencies for the production of marketing materials.

  • Contribute ideas in brainstorming sessions for new campaigns and promotions.

    • Desired Candidate Profile

    • BA degree in Graphic Design or Marketing from a reputable university
    • Minimum 2-3 years of experience
    • Fluent in English
    • Exceptional creativity and innovation
    • Accuracy and attention to detail
    • Effectively communicate and make best use of interpersonal skills
    • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop
    • Confident and dynamic personality
    • Good business awareness including external markets and competitor positions
    • Highly cooperative team spirit
    • Ability to operate under solid pressure and meet tight deadlines
    • Sound understanding of marketing principles
    • Effective knowledge of latest technologies and should identify how to apply them in marketing
    • Be self-motivated, confident, energetic, and creative
    • Should be able to deliver creative and innovative thoughts
