Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Brand & Visual Identity: Maintain and evolve brand guidelines for consistency across all platforms; develop visual identities for products and campaigns.
- Marketing & Campaign Design: Create assets for marketing initiatives, product launches, and trade shows; design brochures, infographics, and presentations.
- Product & Technical Collateral: Design technical sheets and product catalogs; collaborate with teams for accuracy and readiness.
- Digital & Social Media Design: Create web visuals and social media content ensuring cohesive design across platforms.
- Packaging & Product Presentation: Design packaging and labels aligned with brand identity; work cross-functionally to ensure production precision.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in print and digital design; B2B or lighting industry experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; motion graphics experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects.
- Creative thinker with excellent visual storytelling and collaboration abilities.
Desired Candidate Profile
