Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
He will be responsible for producing precise and detailed shop drawings for fit out and joineries derived from architectural plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed shop drawings based on architectural plans.
- Review and interpreting rough sketches, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with architects and project managers to clarify technical details.
- Revise drawings as per client or consultant feedback.
- Organize and maintaining digital and physical records of drawings.
- Maintain a library of standard products, details, and templates for reference.
- Assist in quantity take-offs or material schedules when required.
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in all drawing outputs.
Key Competencies/Soft Skills:
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software.
- Strong skills in layout design and social media content
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in drafting.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to interpret technical data and translate it into clear drawings.
- Time management and organizational skills
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Drafting Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 - 5 years of experience in shop drawing fit out and joineries.
- Proficiency certification in AutoCAD or other relevant drafting software is preferred.
- Knowledge of wood specifications is a plus.
