Job Brief: Shuraa is currently hiring for its client. We are seeking a creative and dynamic person to join its team as a Social Media Manager. The responsibilities involve designing engaging visual content, managing social media channels, and supporting SEO efforts. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, tech savvy, well-versed with Google updates and digital marketing activities.

Responsibilities:

· Design, create and deliver high quality visuals and collateral including (but not limited to) brochures, flyers, reports, emailers, presentations, web banners and social media visuals

· Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content to increase reach and engagement

· Conduct keyword research to guide content creation and improve search engine rankings

· Analyze website and social media metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and platform insights.

· Manage day-to-day activities across all social media platforms

· Implement on-page SEO tasks, such as meta tags, alt text, and link optimization

· Develop social media strategies and coordinate with internal marketing team

· Stay updated on the latest social media trends and SEO

· Ensure all content meets brand guidelines and aligns with overall marketing goals

Requirements:

· Minimum three – five years of experience in graphic designing & social media marketing.

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.

· Proficiency in Adobe software

· Effective communication and collaboration skills.

· Strong analytical skills and experience with SEO tools

· Basic knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization
