Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain all types of Ground Support Equipment, including:
    Passenger stairs, ACU, ASU, GPU, tugs, pallet loaders, belt loaders, man lifts, ramp sweepers, and company trucks.

  • Support ramp operations including loading/unloading baggage, cargo handling, and assisting with cargo shipments.

  • Marshal aircraft on arrival/departure and assist with aircraft parking and securing.

  • Handle passenger, crew, and baggage transport between aircraft and terminal.

  • Perform refueling/defueling operations for fixed-wing and rotary aircraft as per procedures.

  • Provide support to PRM (Passengers with Reduced Mobility) operations.

  • Assist with medical flights, including patient transfer to/from aircraft.

  • Conduct fuel sampling and monitor fueling facilities when required.

  • Support aircraft interior/exterior cleaning services when needed.

  • Perform daily inspections of GSE to ensure cleanliness and report deficiencies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in aircraft ground handling operations with documented GSE qualification.

  • Strong English communication (read, write, speak).

  • Diploma in Aviation or related field (required).

  • Preferred certifications:

    • GSE Operator License (IATA/GACA)

    • Airport/Airside Health & Safety

    • First Aid & CPR

    • Airside Driving

    • SMS Training

    • Emergency Response & Airport Security Awareness

    • Human Factors Training

  • Ability to extend duty hours & work on non-working days during emergencies.

  • Preferably holds a valid Saudi Driving License.
