Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day financial operations and accounting for Minexx DRC in compliance with local and international standards
Prepare monthly management accounts, cash-flow forecasts, and operational KPIs for senior management and the Board Drive the budgeting and forecasting process in close collaboration with site and buying-centre managers
Establish and maintain robust internal controls and ensure audit readiness (internal and external)
Analyse cost structures across the supply chain to identify opportunities for efficiency and optimisation
Support financial modelling and investment evaluation, including buying-centre financing and local processing projects
Work closely with Group Finance on consolidation, intercompany transactions, and transfer pricing
Manage relationships with tax authorities, legal advisors, and regulators to ensure full compliance
Supervise and develop finance and administrative teams across regional operations
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; CPA or equivalent qualification preferred
Minimum 7 years’ experience in finance or accounting, ideally within mining, trading, supply chain, or industrial operations
Proven experience working in the DRC or similar African market contexts
Strong knowledge of IFRS, OHADA accounting standards, and DRC tax regulations Confident working across multiple sites and projects with limited supervision
Advanced Excel skills: experience with ERP systems and digital finance platforms is an advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent communication skills in French and preferably English High levels of integrity, initiative, and adaptability in a fast-moving environment
