Job Description — Role Overview
Coordinate and underwrite group medical insurance cases; liaise with clients, insurers, and sales to deliver optimal solutions and ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate applications, analyze data/claims trends, and determine premiums based on risk.
  • Prepare quotations; explain underwriting decisions and clarifications to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of underwriting decisions and policy changes.
  • Support client meetings/presentations; collaborate with account management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Knowledge of UAE group health products, risk assessment, claims processes, and regulations.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills; proficient with CRM and MS Office.
