Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
    Identify and source high-quality leads through platforms like LinkedIn, databases and outbound research.

  2. Outbound Outreach Execution
    Run cold calling, email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns to engage potential clients (primarily international markets).

  3. Sales Pipeline Management
    Build, track, and manage the sales pipeline; ensure consistent follow-ups and movement of leads across stages.

  4. Client Interaction & Conversion
    Understand client requirements, pitch solutions effectively and support deal closure.

  5. GTM Strategy Execution
    Assist in planning and executing go-to-market strategies for services and campaigns.

  6. Market & Competitor Research
    Analyze industry trends, competitor positioning, and customer behavior to refine outreach and positioning.

  7. Collaboration with Internal Teams
    Work closely with marketing and delivery teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and execution.

  8. Performance Tracking & Reporting
    Track key metrics (leads generated, conversion rates, meetings booked) and optimize outreach based on data.

  9. Process Optimization
    Continuously improve scripts, messaging and outreach workflows for better efficiency and conversions.


Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Strong interest in sales, business development and go-to-market strategy

  2. Excellent spoken and written communication skills

  3. Confident in cold outreach, relationship building and client conversations

  4. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

  5. Highly proactive, self-driven, and execution-focused

  6. Ability to take ownership and work with minimal hand-holding

  7. Good understanding of lead generation, prospecting and sales processes

  8. Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, Excel/Google Sheets and outreach tools is a plus

  9. Prior internship or experience in sales, growth, business development or GTM is preferred, but not mandatory
