Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a data-driven Growth Marketing Manager based in Riyadh to lead and optimize our paid social campaigns, attribution strategies, A/B testing efforts, and overall campaign analytics. You will own user acquisition and revenue growth initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to scale performance marketing channels and deliver measurable results.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute end-to-end paid social strategies across platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter
- Design, implement, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to optimize creative, audiences, and funnels
- Set up and maintain advanced attribution models using tools such as Adjust, AppsFlyer, or Branch
- Monitor and report on campaign performance through key metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS), and provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams to align growth initiatives with business goals
- Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and vendor/agency relationships
- Continuously iterate on channel strategy to identify new growth opportunities and scale high-impact tactics
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field
- 6–8 years of hands-on experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing roles
- Proven expertise in Paid Social platforms and campaign management
- Hands-on experience with attribution tools (e.g., Adjust, AppsFlyer, Branch)
- Strong background in A/B testing frameworks and experimentation platforms (e.g., Optimizely, VWO)
- Advanced skills in campaign analytics, reporting, and data visualization
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL or analytics tools for data querying
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in high-growth startups or fast-paced tech environments
- Deep understanding of the MENA market, particularly Saudi Arabia
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)
- Basic knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and CRM systems
- Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker
- Demonstrated ability to manage external agencies and cross-functional stakeholders
