Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Drive sales growth of GRP and firestop products within the UAE market, focusing on identifying and securing new business opportunities.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets, including market analysis and competitive positioning.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, and end-users, to foster customer loyalty.
Provide technical expertise and support to clients on GRP and firestop product applications, ensuring proper specification and installation.

Desired Candidate Profile

Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
Holds relevant certifications in firestop systems (e.g., IFIA, UL) and/or GRP materials, demonstrating technical proficiency.
Has a minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years focused on GRP and/or firestop products within the UAE market.
Demonstrates a strong understanding of the UAE construction industry, including building codes, regulations, and project requirements.
