Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Developing scalable enablement frameworks for field and partner teams - and ensure operational success

  • Enabling and measuring success of field readiness from lead generation to deal close

  • Collaborating with sales leadership, marketing, product marketing, customer success, channel, PX and other departments and key stakeholders as a strategic partner, identifying and solving challenges

  • Enabling partners and account managers with sales acumen and product knowledge to accelerate ramping and increase productivity

  • Delivering training and workshops for partners and AEs through both on-demand, virtual and in person sessions

  • Creating, delivering and measuring results of curriculum development

  • Identifying processes and skills (discovery, demo, negotiation, deal execution etc); work with the Goto-market Excellence and Product / Technical Teams, while ensuring global programs alignment with the team

  • Partnering with Product Marketing and Partner teams to understand requirements and deliver content for AE conversations with prospects and customers

Desired Candidate Profile

Show understanding of the UCaaS industry; SaaS sales cycles, sales process, and sales methodologies (Value Selling + MEDDPICC)

Demonstrate a track record of building positive relationships across the business and a demonstrated ability to act as a partner and consultant with cross-functional teams

Possess a data driven mindset, capable of interpreting and optimizing enablement programs based on data insights

Act as a tenacious program manager, with the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time while consistently meeting deadlines

Use proactive communication skills and a high-impact, energetic training style to effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels

Showcase experience with enablement and sales tools including prospecting, CRM, readiness, content management and learning management systems
