Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Support guest arrival and departure processes with consistent service quality
  • Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and related service needs
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and coordinate with departments for resolution
  • Complete basic reports and operational tasks related to guest services
  • Share information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
  • Maintain a visible presence in lobby and arrival areas to manage guest flow
  • Follow safety, security, and operational procedures at all times
  • Uphold brand standards for appearance, communication, and professionalism
