Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Support guest arrival and departure processes with consistent service quality
- Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and related service needs
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and coordinate with departments for resolution
- Complete basic reports and operational tasks related to guest services
- Share information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Maintain a visible presence in lobby and arrival areas to manage guest flow
- Follow safety, security, and operational procedures at all times
- Uphold brand standards for appearance, communication, and professionalism

- Customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hotel environment
