Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Support front-office operations including check-in, check-out, and guest inquiries
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns
  • Provide local area recommendations, hotel service information, and activity suggestions
  • Move across multiple service points to ensure smooth guest flow and operations
  • Prepare reports, update records, and maintain accurate communication logs
