Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Support front-office operations including check-in, check-out, and guest inquiries
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns
- Provide local area recommendations, hotel service information, and activity suggestions
- Move across multiple service points to ensure smooth guest flow and operations
- Prepare reports, update records, and maintain accurate communication logs
- Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and service standards
- Protect company assets, maintain confidentiality, and follow hotel policies
- Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times
- Collaborate with team members to enhance guest satisfaction
- Anticipate guest needs and take initiative to elevate the guest experience
- Assist with additional operational tasks assigned by supervisors
