Our Guest Experience experts take the initiative to offer a wide range of services that guide clients throughout their stay. They are empowered to move around their space and do what needs to be done. Whether it's addressing operational needs, responding to client requests, preparing reports, or sharing local information, Guest Experience experts ensure that clients feel that the transactions are part of the overall experience.
The role of a Customer Experience Expert means being on your feet and moving around (standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods) and being physically active in your work (moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds (4.5 kg) without assistance). It is essential that Customer Experience Experts perform all these tasks flawlessly (and any other reasonable tasks assigned to them) – this ensures our customers are always satisfied and our business continues to thrive.

Education level: Secondary school diploma or equivalent.
