Roles & Responsibilities
Guest Experience Specialist Front Office Holiday Inn and Suites Dubai Festival City Dubai, UAEbr>
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and create a positive first impression
- Acknowledge IHG Rewards members and returning guests
- Manage bookings, upsell services, and provide stay-enhancement recommendations
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Complete guest check-in and check-out procedures, issue keys, and manage safety deposit boxes
- Respond to guest needs, preferences, messages, and concerns
- Assist with billing issues and provide local information when requested
- Follow all safety and security procedures and report incidents
- Maintain professional grooming and represent the brand with pride
- Stay aware of hotel events and activities each day
- Support colleagues with additional tasks when needed
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service
- Assist with deep cleaning projects, turndown service, or other assigned duties

Desired Candidate Profile
Ideal Profile
- Strong communication and guest relations abilities
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Proficient with reading, writing, basic math, and computer systems
- Experience using Opera or similar PMS preferred
- High school diploma required; diploma or degree in hospitality is a plus
- At least 2 years of front-desk or guest service experience in a 5-star hotel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts
