Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Science Park is looking for a dedicated, service and team-oriented Guest Experience Supervisor to join their extraordinary team! Ideally located in the heart of Dubai Science Park, in the most sought-after residential area of Dubai. Minutes away from mega malls, magnificent Jumeirah Beaches, world s leading tourist attractions and Parks, auto drome and over 5 championship golf courses. Holiday Inn & Suites at Dubai Science Park includes 240 hotel rooms and suites and 84 one-bedroom apartments, anchor F&B offerings and an extensive 1026sqm cutting-edge meeting and events facilities.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

  • Manages Check in and out for all hotel guest;
  • Manages all transaction (Cash, Cheque and Electronic payment);
  • Manages scheduling for front office, inventory management and assists with daily briefings;
  • Participate in enrolling hotel guests into IHG rewards program and assist with all inquiries;
  • Handle and anticipate all hotel guests enquiries;
  • Responsible for the creation of profile into the system for all hotel guest;
  • Responsible for all other ad hoc duties.

Desired Candidate Profile

Ideally, you ll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we re looking for:

  • Minimum 3 years call-centre or hotel operations experience within a 4/5 Star Hotel/Hospitality sector
  • Minimum 2 years experience in supervisory role.
  • Hospitality degree
  • Advanced in writing and speaking English, other languages advantageous.
  • Ability to lead and motivate team members
  • Attention to detail and service orientation
