Guest Laundry Colletion & Delivery / Valet MOVENPICK

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Guest Laundry Collection & Delivery / Valet to join our hospitality team in Baghdad, Iraq. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while managing laundry collection and delivery for our guests.

• Collect and deliver laundry from guest rooms in a timely and professional manner
• Operate laundry equipment and ensure proper handling of guests' clothing and linens
• Maintain accurate records of laundry transactions and guest preferences
• Assist guests with valet services, including garment pressing and special care instructions
• Coordinate with housekeeping and front desk staff to ensure seamless service
• Navigate through Baghdad's streets efficiently to meet delivery deadlines
• Maintain a clean and organized laundry area
• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously
• Adhere to hotel safety and hygiene standards

• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow specific care instructions
• Efficient time management and organizational skills
• Basic computer proficiency for record-keeping
• Ability to operate laundry equipment safely and effectively
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
• Flexible schedule to accommodate varying shift requirements
