Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
A Guest Relations & Business Development Executive plays a critical role in enhancing the overall guest experience while driving business growth. This position requires a blend of hospitality skills and business acumen to ensure customer satisfaction and explore new business opportunities. As a representative of the organization, the executive must maintain a warm and welcoming demeanor to influence positive relationships with guests and clients. Additionally, the executive is responsible for identifying market trends and developing strategies to expand the company s market presence. The ideal candidate is proactive, has exceptional communication skills, and is adept at both hospitality and business development initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing and resolving any concerns promptly and efficiently.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to foster business growth.
- Coordinate with the hospitality team to deliver a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.
- Identify new business opportunities by researching markets and potential partnerships.
- Conduct market analysis to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design and implement promotional strategies.
- Act as a liaison between guests and management to communicate feedback and suggestions.
- Prepare and present business proposals and presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
- Organize and participate in networking events to promote the organization s services.
- Monitor customer satisfaction surveys and use feedback to improve service delivery.
- Assist in the training and development of staff to enhance guest service skills.
- Maintain records and prepare regular reports on guest relations and business development activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in guest relations and business development roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software tools.
