Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
Create a warm and memorable welcome for every guest, offering personalised attention and seamless introductions to service colleagues.
Coordinate dining reservations and special occasions, ensuring a flawless experience through thoughtful planning and execution.
Recommend signature dishes and beverage pairings with confidence, drawing on deep menu knowledge and understanding of guest preferences.
Deliver attentive service to VIP and regular guests by anticipating their needs, recalling their preferences, and elevating each visit.
Act as the key point of contact for guest enquiries, offering detailed knowledge of in-house dining themes and local highlights.
Handle guest feedback and special requests gracefully and promptly, turning moments of dissatisfaction into lasting positive impressions.
Desired Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- 1-2 years in guest service related work in a 5-star hotel
- Experience working in a multi-cultural environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in additional language required
- Microsoft Office Suite advanced competency
- Proficiency in English
