Position Overview Leadership in Guest Experience
As a Guest Relations Supervisor, you will be the primary point of contact for guest engagement and satisfaction. This supervisory role involves leading a guest relations team, ensuring consistent delivery of service standards, resolving concerns proactively, and creating memorable experiences for travelers, including VIPs and repeat guests.
Core Duties
* Supervise and guide the guest relations team to deliver courteous, attentive service
* Welcome guests at check-in and throughout their stay, resolving inquiries and concerns
* Coordinate VIP arrangements and ensure special attention to high-value guests
* Collaborate with housekeeping, front office, F&B, and other departments to streamline guest services
* Collect guest feedback through surveys, in-person conversations, and digital platforms
* Analyze guest satisfaction trends and generate reports for hotel management
* Maintain updated knowledge of local attractions, hotel offerings, and guest preferences
* Train new team members and continuously coach staff to exceed service expectations
* Uphold brand standards and ensure compliance with safety and hospitality protocols
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
* 3+ years of experience in guest relations, front office, or hotel customer service
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills; friendly and solution-focused attitude
* Team leadership experience with a commitment to team development and support
* Able to multitask under pressure and handle guest feedback with discretion and poise
* Proficiency in English; Arabic or other language skills are an advantage
* Familiarity with property management systems and hotel operations software
* Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced hotel setting
