Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide a warm welcome and process efficient check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accurate completion of all necessary paperwork

  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests, both in person and over the phone, while handling concerns with empathy
  • Assist with room reservations, upgrades, and special arrangements, coordinating with other departments as needed
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel amenities, services, and local Dubai attractions to provide informed assistance to guests
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately while promoting and upselling hotel services when appropriate
  • Ensure the lobby and reception area are clean, organized, and presentable at all times
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing reports and maintaining guest records

Desired Candidate Profile

Opera experience

  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Knowledge of local attractions and cultural sensitivity to interact with diverse guests
  • Enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service
