Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Adopt a friendly, helpful and pleasant attitude to all guests
- Assist guests with their business center needs
- Contact appropriate individual or department as necessary to resolve guest call, request, or problem
- Maintain close working co-operation with other departments
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Desired Candidate Profile
University degree preferably Tourism & Hotel Management
Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
Team-oriented
Focused on guest satisfaction
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
experience is an assetbr> Prior experience working with Opera or a related systembr> Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesbr> Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
