Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and check-in guests, providing a personalized and efficient experience.
- Assist guests with any inquiries, needs, or challenges during their stay promptly.
- Manage reservations, ensuring accuracy and accommodation of guest preferences.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest requests swiftly.
- Actively promote amenities and services that enhance guest experiences.
- Handle guest complaints with tact and resolve them to the guest's satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel events, services, and the local area for guest inquiries.
- Process guest check-outs and ensure accuracy in billing and payment transactions.
- Provide concierge services, offering suggestions for dining, attractions, and activities.
- Ensure the lobby and reception area are clean, welcoming, and organized at all times.
- Uphold the hotel's policies and procedures to maintain the integrity of service standards.
- Engage with guests regularly to gather feedback and improve service delivery.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is required, further education preferred.
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality or a similar customer service role.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in hotel management systems and other relevant software applications.
- Warm, approachable demeanor with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
- Capable of working flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
