Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide prompt and courteous service to all guests
Deliver personalized assistance from arrival through departure
Maintain strong knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
Respond to guest questions with accurate and helpful information
Stay aware of daily rates, occupancy levels, and selling priorities
Handle Front Desk cashiering, billing, and incidental charge postings
Process check-in and check-out efficiently using hotel PMS
Protect guest privacy and safeguard all sensitive information
Follow hotel policies, service standards, and operating procedures
Demonstrate full understanding of hotel facilities, promotions, and events
Desired Candidate Profile
1 2 years of experience in a similar front-office role
Luxury hotel or premium hospitality background preferred
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Tech-savvy with basic software and PMS experience
Quality-driven with high attention to detail
Comfortable working with diverse teams and cultures
