Core Duties

* Greet and assist guests during arrival and departure procedures
* Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency
* Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
* Process reservations, payments, and daily reports accurately
* Provide information on resort services, amenities, and Dubai attractions
* Uphold company standards on appearance, communication, and service delivery
* Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere at all times

Candidate Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a luxury service mindset
* Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced environment
* Basic knowledge of front office systems an advantage
