Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement progressive training programs tailored to individual skill levels and goals in both gymnastics and parkour.
  • Provide expert instruction on fundamental techniques, ensuring proper form, safety protocols, and injury prevention.
  • Create a positive and motivating learning environment that fosters athlete development, confidence, and a passion for movement.
  • Assess athletes' strengths and weaknesses, offering constructive feedback and personalized guidance for improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Sports Science or a related field is preferred.
  • Holds relevant certifications in gymnastics and/or parkour coaching (e.g., USA Gymnastics, Parkour Generations), with First Aid and CPR certifications essential.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 2 years of experience coaching gymnastics and/or parkour, with a proven track record of athlete success.
  • Exhibits a strong understanding of gymnastics and parkour principles, including biomechanics, kinesiology, and skill progression.
