GYN & Hernia Tech Consultant

You will be handling the Advanced Surgical Line in south region (domestic travel is essential & may reach 50% of working days), Technical Consultant is mainly spending his/her working hours inside the operating rooms (OR) in the assigned hospitals , Promoting & providing technical support to Healthcare professionals (HCP) ex:(Surgeons , Nurses,,,,) to ensure the safe & effective use of Medtronic technologies.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Provides technical expertise to sales representatives, other sales functions and customers in the specialized therapies Gynecology (GYN), Hernia & General surgery (GS) tools & instruments.
• Provides technical expertise through attending OR Cases, sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation and maintenance of company products.
• Provides sales personnel with technical data necessary for the demonstration of products & lead the execution of line strategy.
• May make technical or scientific presentations at sales meetings and customer locations.
• Conducts on-site education, consulting and supports establishment and maintenance of customer relations with healthcare professionals and organizations.
• Acts as a liaison between sales personnel and technical staff.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor s degree in biomedical engineering, Medical Technology, Nursing, Clinical Sciences, or a related healthcare field
• 5 years of experience with a proven track record in medical devices, clinical support, healthcare services, or a related industry, preferably surgery sales discipline (GYN or GS specialties). So that he/she can surely deliver and/or manage projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to build effective relationships with healthcare professionals
• Ability to learn and apply technical and clinical knowledge in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory
• Fluency in English and Arabic
