Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging hair care training programs, covering a range of techniques, from basic to advanced, to enhance stylist skills.
- Assess training needs and tailor programs to address specific skill gaps, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and practical application.
- Provide hands-on coaching and mentorship to stylists, offering constructive feedback and guidance to improve their performance and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest hair care trends, products, and techniques, integrating new knowledge into training materials and sessions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum High school diploma or equivalent.
- Possess a valid cosmetology license or equivalent certification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a stylist or hair care professional.
- Demonstrated experience in training or mentoring other stylists.
