Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Hair Services: • Providing professional consultations to understand client needs. • Expertise in cutting, styling, blowouts, and coloring (highlights, balayage, etc.). • Performing hair treatments such as keratin, deep conditioning, or Botox. Nail Services: • Performing high-quality manicures and pedicures. • Application of gel polish, acrylics, and/or polygel extensions. • Creating trendy nail art and maintaining nail health. Client Experience: • Building lasting relationships with clients through excellent service. • Maintaining a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation. • Recommending and selling retail products tailored to client needs.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in a professional salon environment.
• Certification: Valid Cosmetology license or relevant certifications in Hair and Nail technology. • Skillset: Proficiency in both hair styling and modern nail techniques (Gel-X, BIAB, or intricate nail art is a plus!).
• Soft Skills: A friendly, positive attitude, punctuality, and a strong eye for detail.
• Trend-Aware: A passion for staying updated on 2026 beauty trends and techniques.
