Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their hairstyling needs and preferences.
• Perform hair cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments to enhance clients' appearance.
• Keep up to date with the latest trends and techniques in hairstyling.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and salon environment.
• Recommend hair care products and tips to clients for at-home maintenance.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service.
• Ensure all consultations and treatments comply with safety regulations.
• Advise clients on suitable hairstyles and hair care based on their lifestyle.
• Stay informed about the salon's range of services and promotional activities.
• Keep records of clients' hair services and preferences for future visits.
• Handle client appointments, schedule follow-up visits, and respond to inquiries.
• Participate in salon events and assist with promotional activities as necessary.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Hair Stylist with a customer-focused attitude.
• Expertise in a variety of hairstyling techniques, including up-to-date knowledge.
• Valid Hairstyling or Cosmetology license as required by local regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with clients effectively.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple clients simultaneously.
