Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assess student performance through practical assessments and written exams, offering constructive criticism to foster improvement.
  • Stay updated on the latest hair care products, tools, and industry advancements to provide comprehensive training.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; a cosmetology license is mandatory.
  • Holds a minimum of 5 years of professional hairstyling experience, showcasing a strong foundation in the industry.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in various cutting, coloring, and styling techniques.
  • Exhibits a passion for teaching and mentoring, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
