Roles & Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their hair goals, offering personalized recommendations based on their face shape, hair type, and lifestyle.
- Perform a range of hair services, including cutting, coloring, and styling, using advanced techniques to achieve the desired results.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized and ready for use to promote a safe environment.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in hairstyling to provide clients with modern and innovative looks.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A valid cosmetology license or diploma is essential for practicing as a hairdresser in your locality.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a salon setting, showcasing proficiency in various hairdressing techniques.
- Familiarity with contemporary hair trends, styles, and products, enabling you to provide cutting-edge services.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with clients effectively and understand their needs and preferences.
